My journey to health and wellness -Allison Castellarin

In 2013, during my full time employment with U.S. Air Force in the H.R management sector, my late mother struggled with dementia and the side effects from her medication caused her to have convulsive shaking of her head and hands. She was then placed on a predominantly plant based diet and within the time span of three months her convulsive shaking had stopped. After witnessing such results simply by the application of changes to the foods she regularly ate, I was amazed! I saw this as something remarkable and started to do my own research. During the process, I started to make changes to my eating habits. More so, during that period I had been suffering from frequent stomach upsets and nausea for some time, although medical check-ups found no specific reasons for my condition. In short, I believed if my mum’s health conditions could improve through a specific type of food, why not mine! I became more aware of food options and became focused and committed to this new lifestyle.

Several months down the road, I began to notice my stomach issues had become less frequent until eventually they completely ceased. To be honest, I hadn’t realised when they truly stopped, because I was so immersed in the process and continued to do what made me feel good and happier. Considering my health transformation and my accomplishment of body detoxification and toxicology, health and nutrition studies including becoming a qualified rebounding exercise trainer, I feel a sense of care and delight in supporting other people to embrace better health and an excellent lifestyle. I am in a place of gratitude with a burning passion and genuine desire which motivate me to help many people transform their lives. Hence the birth of the brand “AnchorWellness.”

  • Live a lifestyle of excellence and support others to do the same
